REGISTRATION FEE
The participation fee for the GETS participants (DGE and Trainer) includes:
– Participation in the work and congress kit
– Dinner at the congress venue on Wednesday, 9th October 2019
– Lunch at the congress venue on Thursday, October 10, 2019
– Transfer from the congress venue to the dinner venue on Thursday, October 10, 2019
– Dinner on Thursday, October 10, 2019
The participation fee for the partners of the GETS participants includes:
– Participation in the work planned for the partners on Wednesday, 9 October 2019
– Dinner at the congress venue on Wednesday, 9th October 2019
– Full day excursion and lunch on Thursday, October 10, 2019
– Transfer from the congress venue to the dinner venue on Thursday, October 10, 2019
– Dinner on Thursday, October 10, 2019
– Half-day excursion (morning) on Friday, 11th October 2019
The participation fee for the INSTITUTE participants (DGE, Trainer and others) includes:
– Participation in the work and congress kit
– Transfer from the congress venue to the place of dinner on Friday, October 11, 2019
– Aperitif with snack and theater performance on Friday, October 11, 2019
– Lunch at the congress venue on Saturday, 12th October 2019
The participation fee for the partners of the INSTITUTE participants includes:
– Participation in the work planned for the partners on Friday, 11 October 2019
– Transfer from the congress venue to the place of dinner on Friday, October 11, 2019
– Aperitif with snack and theater performance on Friday, October 11, 2019
– Full day excursion and lunch on Saturday, 12th October 2019
FOOD AND OPTIONAL SERVICES
The following services, for which the participation fee will be determined shortly, are optional:
– Lunch at the congress venue on Wednesday, October 9, 2019
– Lunch at the congress venue on Friday, October 11, 2019
– Gala dinner on Saturday, October 12, 2019, including transfer from / to the congress venue
– Lunch at the congress venue on Sunday, 13th October 2019
CANCELLATIONS
HOTEL
Changes to the reservation are possible free of charge, provided that they are communicated no later than 31st July 2019 (subject to the availability of additional rooms).
Cancellation of the reservation is free of charge if notified no later than 30th June 2019.
If canceled after 30 June 2019, cancellations will not be considered and will be charged for the full amount of the stay.
The change and cancellation requests are to be addressed directly to the hotel.
REGISTRATION
For cancellations made by e-mail (info@rotaryinstitutecatania.org) no later than 31st March 2019, the registration fee will be fully refunded. Upon receipt by 30 June 2019 at the latest, a refund of 90% of the participation fee will be made.
Cancellations received by e-mail (info@rotaryinstitutecatania.org) after 30 June 2019 will not be refunded.
The telephone cancellation is excluded.
INSURANCE
To protect against all imponderables, participants are advised to take out travel cancellation insurance covering non-refundable amounts (hotel costs, participation fee).
